    <content type="html">Goals for July!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Loose 14 pounds&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;3 weeks and about 3 days of july left. That means 4 pounds a week. Probably not going to happen, but still, a girl can wish right?&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Stay a virgin&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;This guy has been bothering me about sex for a while now, and I really want to. But, I'm not going to. Not until I'm 110 pounds. That way, I won't be disgusting.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Work on yoga exercises&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;I just found out my mom has a yoga video that she hasn't used in forever. I hope it'll help.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Loose at least 1 inch around my thunder thighs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;i&gt;They're huge. I'll measure them tomorrow or today. And then I'll know how big they're allowed to be at the end of the month.&lt;/i&gt;</content>

    <content type="html">I was doing SOOOOOO good. Now, It's completely ruined! I BINGED. ON FAST FOOD! FROM GOLDEN CHICKEN!&lt;br /&gt;my parents just dropped it off and I started eating. how could I be so STUPID?!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm not going to  purge. I'm not going to purge. I hate doing that. I'll just work it off.&lt;br /&gt;What burns a whole lot of calories really quick?</content>

    <content type="html">Like, you people have NO idea! It's AMAZING.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;First day of my diet (yesterday) I lost 2 pounds. No kidding. I didn't exercise or anything! Not only that, but I had binged a LOT after I got home. But I stayed the exact same weight!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And today, I lost another pound. No bingeing yet. I didn't exactly stick to what was planned with exactly what I would eat, but I still have about eighty calories to use up where ever I want!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Two days, three pounds. That's pretty good for me.</content>

    <title>2468 Diet</title>

    <content type="html">So I'm planning on starting this diet tomorrow with my lovely friend Suebaruu, and another girl. I'm not sure if she has a LJ yet, so I'll have to update you all on that later. But here's what I'm planning out.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Mon. Day 1 = 200 cal.&lt;br /&gt;• Apple (110)&lt;br /&gt;• Lettuce, 97% Fat Free Ham, Pepper, Garlic &amp; maybe Celery (40)&lt;br /&gt;• 1/2 cup of Strawberries (22)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tues. Day 2 = 400 cal&lt;br /&gt;• Go-Gurt (70)&lt;br /&gt;• Apple Bar (140)&lt;br /&gt;• 1/2 cup of Strawberries (22)&lt;br /&gt;• Slice of bread (70)&lt;br /&gt;• Apple (110)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Wend. Day 3 = 600 cal&lt;br /&gt;• Chocolate Chip Muffin (300)&lt;br /&gt;• Lettuce, Ham, Pepper, Garlic (40)&lt;br /&gt;• Triskets Crackers (120)&lt;br /&gt;• Apple bar (140)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;annnnndddd that's as far as I've gotten so far. I think it'll be nice.</content>

    <content type="html">So, I burned 590 calories just by walking for four hours.&lt;br /&gt;But, I ate a bit of chicken and WAY to much rice for lunch. I was so stupid. *tear* But mom, was there, so it wasn't like I couldn't eat. I had to. She kept on bothering me about it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'll go running later today, hopefully burn off most of those stupid evil cals. I'm trying to figure out which diet I should do. ABC or 2468?
