So I'm planning on starting this diet tomorrow with my lovely friend Suebaruu, and another girl. I'm not sure if she has a LJ yet, so I'll have to update you all on that later. But here's what I'm planning out.
Mon. Day 1 = 200 cal.
• Apple (110)
• Lettuce, 97% Fat Free Ham, Pepper, Garlic & maybe Celery (40)
• 1/2 cup of Strawberries (22)
Tues. Day 2 = 400 cal
• Go-Gurt (70)
• Apple Bar (140)
• 1/2 cup of Strawberries (22)
• Slice of bread (70)
• Apple (110)
Wend. Day 3 = 600 cal
• Chocolate Chip Muffin (300)
• Lettuce, Ham, Pepper, Garlic (40)
• Triskets Crackers (120)
• Apple bar (140)
annnnndddd that's as far as I've gotten so far. I think it'll be nice.
