Goals for July!

- Loose 14 pounds
3 weeks and about 3 days of july left. That means 4 pounds a week. Probably not going to happen, but still, a girl can wish right?
- Stay a virgin
This guy has been bothering me about sex for a while now, and I really want to. But, I'm not going to. Not until I'm 110 pounds. That way, I won't be disgusting.
- Work on yoga exercises
I just found out my mom has a yoga video that she hasn't used in forever. I hope it'll help.
- Loose at least 1 inch around my thunder thighs
They're huge. I'll measure them tomorrow or today. And then I'll know how big they're allowed to be at the end of the month.

I was doing SOOOOOO good. Now, It's completely ruined! I BINGED. ON FAST FOOD! FROM GOLDEN CHICKEN!
my parents just dropped it off and I started eating. how could I be so STUPID?!

I'm not going to purge. I'm not going to purge. I hate doing that. I'll just work it off.
What burns a whole lot of calories really quick?

Like, you people have NO idea! It's AMAZING.

First day of my diet (yesterday) I lost 2 pounds. No kidding. I didn't exercise or anything! Not only that, but I had binged a LOT after I got home. But I stayed the exact same weight!

And today, I lost another pound. No bingeing yet. I didn't exactly stick to what was planned with exactly what I would eat, but I still have about eighty calories to use up where ever I want!

Two days, three pounds. That's pretty good for me.

So I'm planning on starting this diet tomorrow with my lovely friend Suebaruu, and another girl. I'm not sure if she has a LJ yet, so I'll have to update you all on that later. But here's what I'm planning out.

Mon. Day 1 = 200 cal.
• Apple (110)
• Lettuce, 97% Fat Free Ham, Pepper, Garlic & maybe Celery (40)
• 1/2 cup of Strawberries (22)

Tues. Day 2 = 400 cal
• Go-Gurt (70)
• Apple Bar (140)
• 1/2 cup of Strawberries (22)
• Slice of bread (70)
• Apple (110)

Wend. Day 3 = 600 cal
• Chocolate Chip Muffin (300)
• Lettuce, Ham, Pepper, Garlic (40)
• Triskets Crackers (120)
• Apple bar (140)

annnnndddd that's as far as I've gotten so far. I think it'll be nice.

So, I burned 590 calories just by walking for four hours.
But, I ate a bit of chicken and WAY to much rice for lunch. I was so stupid. *tear* But mom, was there, so it wasn't like I couldn't eat. I had to. She kept on bothering me about it.

I'll go running later today, hopefully burn off most of those stupid evil cals. I'm trying to figure out which diet I should do. ABC or 2468? I'll have to ask the site later about it.

Kk, well I'm gonna go sunbathe for 30 or so minutes.

Just about attempt to enter myself into the Pro-Ana site. Kinda scared.

Its the weekend! These are by far the HARDEST days to deal with. We always have to sit down at dinner . . . no excuses of that I already ate at school
